Sausage Making Workshop & Supper

Master the art of sausage-making for yourself!

Enjoy a hands-on workshop with our expert butchers and a delicious supper.

  • Observe our Head Butcher breaking down a pig and learn about all the cuts it offers

  • You will then prepare your sausages using our ingredients and sausage filler. The best in class will receive a “Master Butcher Medal”

  • You will take home everything you make on the night!

  • After the workshop, enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our chefs - Cider & smoked bacon braised sausages, buttered mash, green beans and refreshments.

Tickets are £60pp

This is a fantastic evening to enjoy with friends, but spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
