Cobbs Butchery operate four counters in our farm shops across Berkshire and Hampshire.
We work in a relaxed and friendly environment; with a huge emphasis on customer service to ensure our customers are always well looked after.
Quality and provenance lie at the heart of our counters; we only sell British meat, and try to source this as locally as possible.
We use traditional butchery methods of cutting whole carcasses, handmaking all of our own sausages and hand pressing burgers throughout the summer.
We put a huge emphasis on dry ageing our beef for a minimum for 28 days.
Although we are not currently recruiting on our butchery counters; if you’re a skilled butcher with a glowing CV we would love to hear from you. Please contact Jemma.
We have some fantastic opportunities to work in our thriving farm shop business that boasts its own farm, vineyard and the very best local food available to us. Everyone in our business works together to make this a one of a kind operation. We are keen to share our passion for great food whilst providing a professional and friendly service. We are open seven days a week so being able to work flexibly and at weekends is vital.
