Enjoy a hands-on workshop with our expert butchers and a hot sausage bap.
Our Head Butcher will discuss the pig and how it’s broken down into its different cuts and how we make sausages
You will then prepare your sausages using our ingredients and sausage filler. The best in class will receive a “Master Butcher Medal”
You will take home everything you make on the night!
The workshop will be in two halves, one group will start making sausages whilst the others enjoy a hot sausage bap, and then you will swap over.
Light refreshments are available
Tickets are £50pp
