Learn how to butcher a lamb from start to finish!

Our expert butchers will demonstrate the process of butchering a lamb; equipping you with the skills and knowledge to butcher a lamb for yourself. You will also receive a Boning Knife to take away with you from the evening to carry on practising at home.

Tickets are £50pp and include a welcome drink on arrival.

This is a fantastic evening to enjoy with friends, but spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
