This mighty malted sourdough is proved for 14 hours; it has a delicious chewy texture and flavoursome crust. This substantial loaf weighs an impressive 1.25kgs and can keep you going all week. It is a great daily bread, perfect for sandwiches and toasties, or just toasting and slathering in butter.
Fun Fact: The name St Martin derives from their head baker Martin, who created this beauty of a loaf.

Hobbs House Bakery is a family-run bakery with over five generations of baking experience and is now bringing up the sixth generation of aspiring bakers. They believe that handmade bread should be available to everyone.
We get daily deliveries from Hobbs House Bakery, which means their bread is available at our Hungerford, Englefield and Winchester farm shops Monday to Saturday.

As well as Hobbs House, we also sell the delicious sourdough from Hoxton Bakehouse every Saturday in our Englefield, Hungerford and Winchester and farm shops.
